ABOUT PROPERTY
We are delighted to welcome you to our well-appointed two-story house. Perfect house for great alternative to local hotels, especially during winter holidays, Boston marathon, local college graduation season or a vacation-get-away.

-Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed. (Sleeps 2)
-Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed. (Sleeps 2)
-Each bedrooms furnished with a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress and an all-season blanket. A workspace table, Smart TV, and fresh linens upon your arrival. A spacious closet with a large mirror is provided, and the bedrooms are bright and airy. Blackout shades are available.
-Living room: Full futon sofa bed. Extra pillow and blanket available in each bedroom closet.

**We do not subscribe to any cable TV service, but have smart tv that you can access your subscriptions.

--Living room with a stunning wall arts, futon sofa bed, coffe table, and standing lights.

--Dining room and kitchen provided with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee brewer, toaster and water kettle. Stocked with cutlery, plates, bowls, coffee cups/glasses and wine glasses. Feel free to use whatever you see around the kitchen; condiments or coffee, etc.

--Full bathroom with hair dryer, towels, wash cloths, soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper.

--Washer and dryer available in shared designated area located on 1st floor.

--Window AC for bedroom is available only from June 1st to October 1st.

*Our house is professionally cleaned every each stay. Beds will always be made with fresh linens after each guest leave and inspected before the new guest check in.

**Pet-Free Home
Our home is completely pet-free, making it an ideal choice for guests with allergies to animal fur. We maintain a clean environment to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Please note that no pets have ever been on the premises, and we kindly ask that guests do not bring any pets during their stay.


GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire apartment unit via keyless entry.
Shared laundry room.
Plenty off-street parking available.


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
*For security purpose, photo ID required within 24 hours of booking.

-- Check in after 4:00 PM, check out before 11:00 AM.

-- You will receive a text before 3:00 PM of your arrival day with all the instructions you need for a self check in.

*For stays of 28+ nights, we provide extra bed sheets and also you’ll receive a complimentary mid stay cleaning (limited to vacuum, bathroom & kitchen cleaning) on the 14th day of the stay. Feel free to use the cleaning supplies and a washer/dryer to refresh things yourself.

**Full reset cleaning service with fresh linens and blankets will be $150 upon request.


ESSENTIAL HOUSE RULES:
--NO PETS/ANIMAL. This is a PETS FREE home, unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250+ deep cleaning fee and cancellation of stay.
--NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE HOUSE. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. If evidence is found, a $250+ deep cleaning fee will be charged.
--NO RECREATIONAL DRUGS.
--NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR LOUD NOISE. QUITE HOURS FROM 10 PM TO 7 AM. Violations may lead to immediate cancellation with no refund.
--NO OPEN FLAMES OR CANDLES.
--DO NOT TAMPERING OR DISABLING ANY OF OUR “SMART DEVICES”.
--GUESTS NOT LISTED ON THE RESERVATION ARE NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMTANCES. THE OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS THE SAME NUMBER OF GUEST AS YOUR RESERVATION. Violations may lead to immediate cancellation with no refund.
--CHECK OUT POLICY. Late check out without approval may result in a $50/hour fee.

Not following these guidelines will forfeit your booking (with NO REFUND!!)

--We provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies but there are multiple grocery stores nearby.

--Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

--We ask that you leave the house tidy and in good order. Additional cleaning fee may be applied if deep cleaning is required.
