𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗔
Relax and warm up beside a wood burning fireplace, chill on the recliner, take a nap on one of the couches, lounge or grab a throw blanket and watch a movie on the Smart TV (Chromecast or AirPlay from your accounts on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube and much more).

𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗻𝗽𝗹𝘂𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆? Head to our the hallway closet and grab a board game or puzzle. There is also the detached gameroom to the left of the garage with plenty of choices for fun!

A fully equipped kitchen providing all the amenities of home! Stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, cooking pots and utensils, toaster, crock pot, microwave, blender, a tea kettle and more.

Our coffee station includes a Keurig, and a standard coffee pot.

The cabinets are stocked with plates, bowls, tumblers, coffee cups, and wine glasses.

𝗕𝗘𝗗𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠𝗦 / 𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠𝗦
There are bedrooms on both levels of this house.

MAIN FLOOR: Features 3 Bedrooms:
1) with 2 Queen beds
2) with a full over full bunk bed
3) with 1 Queen bed.

TOP FLOOR: Features 2 Bedrooms:
1) The primary King bedroom with a walk-in closet and a beautiful ensuite bathroom.
2) with a Queen bed (there is a door that will remain locked leading to a small balcony deck. Owner access only, not for guests)

Spa-like bathroom experiences awaits you! Walk into oversized showers with a natural smooth river rock tile floor and adjustable handheld showerheads. Luxury hygrocotton bathroom towels, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

𝗚𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠 / 𝗠𝗨𝗗𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠
Exiting the back of the house and head right over to the mudroom and gameroom area in the garage building. You can leave your wet snowboards & skis, boots and wet gear hanging in the mudroom. The game room is a spacious place to hang out and play Air Hockey, Ms. Pac-man or a game of skee ball. It is also a great place to work on a puzzle or play a board game.

Important note: The right side of the garage building is Owner Access only. Only the left side is accessible to guests.

A confirmation to your acknowledgement of the rules via an e-signed guest agreement, a copy of a government-issued photo ID and a security deposit pre-authorization are required within 24 hours or when booking a last minute same day reservation the above is required within 1 hour.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire vacation home with the exception of some locked owner's closet, an upper deck off of one of the bedrooms and the locked right side of the garage building. The left side is open to guests and is where our gameroom is located.

𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚
There is no street parking but we have plenty of space on our property.

𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗗𝗢𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦
Please note...there are cameras located at the driveway and entrances of the property. These are solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

𝗦𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗔𝗟
Snow removal services are supposed to arrive within 24 hours of any snowfall more than 4+ inches, to clear the driveway and a pathway to the main entrance. Snow removal companies cannot guarantee a specific time the property will be serviced. Therefore, guests may have to shovel a spot to park if they arrive before the snow removal company or if it snows during their stay. There have been times in larger storms (2ft+ of snowfall) when snow removal can take longer. It doesn’t happen often, and our other guests have always been able to make it work. Just know that in those cases we are doing everything we can to get someone out there.

𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗠𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥
Please be aware that weather conditions can change rapidly especially during winter months. We are unable to honor last-minute cancellations due to weather/road conditions. Chains or 4WD/AWD vehicle requirements are often in effect in order to enter Big Bear Valley. Guests booking a stay in the winter should be prepared for the possibility of tire chains being necessary to travel to Big Bear. This requirement is enforced by city officials and law enforcement. We recommend arriving before dark; guests arriving late during the winter months may encounter icy roads and long delays.
