With ample space for parking up to 5 cars depending on the size, you won't have to worry about finding a parking spot when out and about. You are just steps away from Oaklawn Racing & Casino, where the excitement never ends, and an abundance of delicious dining options awaits. Craving something tasty? Capo's Tacos is just a few doors down for flavorful bites and if you're in the mood for Chicago-style pizza, Rocky's Corner is right around the corner! Our friends at Deluca’s Pizza in downtown serve up some of the best New York-style pizza around! Take a dip in the hot tub under the beautifully lit pergola, gather around the Solo fire pit, lounge in the cozy egg swing, or challenge your friends to a game of cornhole. Your outdoor oasis awaits!
Occasionally when Hot Springs becomes excessively dry due to a lack of rainfall, the county judge will issue a burn ban. In that case, we will message you regarding the burn ban to not use the fire pit.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire house besides the owner's closet and the basement.

OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS
For security purposes, we have 2 outdoor cameras. The first one is located above the outside front door pointed towards the outside front entryway and the second one is located on the carport pointed towards the front parking area. These are placed to protect both our property and guests. We fully respect our guests' privacy and only review footage when necessary.
