Enjoy the beach and amazing views from Mimi's Place! In Tower 1 on the 10th floor of the best resort in Panama City Beach, Mimi's Place sleeps 10 with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a huge wrap-around balcony.

Step inside our perfectly located end unit and right into relaxation! With about 1800 sqft of space to enjoy, you will love the large, combined living/dining/kitchen area with incredible floor to ceiling windows to enjoy a stunning view. The living area has an insanely-comfortable sectional sofa with reclining sections and cup holders + an extra recliner and a smart TV for entertainment, and from here you can step out one of two sliding glass doors to the largest balcony footprint. The kitchen is equipped with all large and small appliances you need for meals and snacks (like a blender, toaster, full coffee pot, individual coffee cup maker and crock pot), and we offer ample dining seating to enjoy them.

The first master bedroom has a king bed, clothing storage, smart TV, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to the wrap balcony.

The second master bedroom has two double beds, smart TV, clothing storage, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to the wrap balcony.

The third bedroom has a king bed, clothing storage, smart TV, ceiling fan, and access to the 3rd bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.

To round out guest conveniences, we also supply two inflatable twin mattresses, complimentary high-speed fiber wifi, and a washer-dryer. We also supply *starter* amounts of soaps and paper products.

Our wrap-balcony offers stunning views of the beach, Gulf, and Resort lagoon pool and includes seating to relax with your morning coffee. We also supply four beach chairs for guest use. This gorgeous condo will comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests; pets/ESA are not allowed.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $500 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking, pets, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

There is no place in Panama City Beach that rivals Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, offering more amenities than any other area resort: enjoy beachfront lagoon pool right in front of our building that is 11,500 square feet and surrounded by lush tropical foliage and waterfalls. There are plenty of pool loungers for relaxing or, at the lagoon pool, you can rent a set of VIP Lounge Chairs/Umbrella or a poolside cabana. The free kids splash pad and two hot tubs flank the lagoon pool, and for meals/snacks/drinks, stop into Oceans Restaurant or pop by Blenders or Shakers bar.

Enjoy the nine-hole, par three executive golf course, 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, shuffleboard courts, a complete pro-shop, plus high-tech fitness center. Golf has an additional fee for use, but the fitness center and all sport courts are available free of charge.

Additional on-site options include Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream, free tram service throughout the resort, watersports and fun activities like parasailing, banana boat rides and waverunner rentals right in front of our property.
