Villa Seatons in Jolly Harbour is a rare gem offering 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with unobstructed waterfront views of the harbour. Located on the quiet North Finger, it features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area leading to a spacious waterfront deck. The downstairs includes a twin-size en-suite bedroom, while upstairs boasts two air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms with serene views. Fully air-conditioned, this villa promises modern comfort and tranquility, making it the perfect escape.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove with an oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils, pots, pans, and dishes for your cooking needs. The spacious living room features a sofa, chairs, a small desk, TV with cable channels and a dining table for four. Downstairs you will also find a twin bedroom that includes air conditioning, clothes storage, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The large patio provides an outdoor dining area for four, two lounge chairs, and a barbecue grill, all overlooking the tranquil waterfront.
Upstairs, the queen-size master en-suite boasts a private balcony with breathtaking harbour views, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The entire villa and all bedrooms are fully air-conditioned for maximum comfort.
The villa operates on 220 volts with outlets featuring two round prongs. Parking is convenient, with a dedicated driveway spot directly in front of the villa and additional parking across the street.

We’re pleased to let you know that during your stay you now have complimentary access to the following at the new Jolly Harbour Sports Complex; the swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.
A key fob has been provided and is attached to your villa keys. This fob is required to access the facilities.
Please take care not to misplace or lose the fob, as a replacement fee will apply, and replacements can take some time.
