Welcome to your cozy getaway at the Jack O' Lantern Resort! This comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit is perfect for a relaxing vacation. This condo is the perfect place to relax, hang your hat, and enjoy the area. The kitchenette has everything you need, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

The bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink on the private balcony.

As a guest, you can use the resort's amenities like the indoor and outdoor pools, rec room playground, basketball hoop and yard space.
The Jack Golf Course is a short walk away for 18 holes of play or dinner and drinks looking over the scenic landscape.
Whether you want to relax or explore, this unit at the Jack O' Lantern Resort is a great place to enjoy your stay.
1.Trash Disposal: Please dispose of all trash in the dumpsters at the end of your stay. A $50 disposal fee will be charged for any trash left in the unit.

2.Parking: Only one vehicle per unit is allowed in the designated parking area. Do not park on grass or walkways. Additional vehicles must use the overflow parking lots. Illegally parked vehicles will incur a $200 fine per vehicle, per incident. Any fines imposed by the HOA will be charged to the tenant.

3.Pets and Smoking: No pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit.

4.Inspections and Damages: All units will be inspected upon departure for any misuse or damages.

5.Outdoor Fire Pits: Outdoor fire pits are not permitted as per the condominium HOA regulations.

6.Poolhouse Access: Each unit is issued poolhouse access key cards. Cards must be returned at the end of the rental. Lost cards will incur charge per card.
