Make yourself at home in this 2-bedroom Bloomington retreat. This house features 3 queen beds and 2 bathrooms. Large sunroom to comfortably spend quality time with family and friends and a sitting room for board games or conversation. Includes amenities like a washing machine and dryer, AC, WiFi, iron and board, and hair dryer are provided for guests' convenience. All televisions are smart TVs, just enter your Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney or other subscriptions. Experience what Bloomington has to offer with your stay at our house.

Walking distance to IU Football and Basketball stadiums. Minutes away from campus and downtown. Enjoy the Bloomington nightlife or wonderful restaurants. The property is close to Lake Griffey and short drives to Lake Monroe and Mccormick's State Park. Located in a quiet and historic neighborhood with large yard and plenty of parking on the property.

Outstanding home that we stayed at in Bloomington, IN! Couldn't be more pleased to have had this beautiful place to stay with my family and my parents/brother. We came for an IU tailgate and game on September 12th and needed a place to stay for the weekend that was close to Memorial Stadium. I can attest to the other reviews and say that we were very pleased with everything regarding the home including the amount of space we had, the comfort of the bed/couches, the convenience of how close it was to the football field and the garage games of ping-pong, darts and foosball! Another big highlight for our kiddos was the authentic PacMan arcade game. Definitely would recommend staying here and would love to stay here again some day!

Great place! Very comfortable, clean and easy to get to. Loved the spacious updated kitchen!! Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. Really enjoyed the foosball table and ping pong table in garage. Thanks for hosting us - we will be back!
