Village Vacation Home: Family Friendly Luxe

A luxurious family vacation home in Bartlett, NH, designed by The Village Playspace for families with kids aged 0-6. Perfect for two families traveling together, this space is for creating lasting memories. The entire home is kid-friendly, echoing the design aesthetic our Playspace. Explore the stunning White Mountains or simply unwind in this beautiful retreat.
The space

Master Bedroom: On the main floor, with an en-suite, and walk-in closet. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The walk-in closet is large enough to accommodate a pack and play. It also has black out shades.

Office: Located on the main floor. Equipped with full size desk and two monitors for you to use and an office chair. Peloton is also in the office. There is also a queen air mattress in the closet for any extra guests.

Powder room & laundry on the main floor.

Adult Guest Bedroom: On the lower floor, with a large closet. The adult guest bedroom also has a king sized bed.

Kid's Room: Two full sized beds with twin sized trundle beds underneath. Located next to the adult guest bedroom on the lower floor. The Kid's room has a few toys and books.

Children's playroom is located on the lower floor. There are a few sets of Nugget Couches so the children can let their imagination & energy run wild. There is an art area with basic art supplies. There is a sensory table with a seasonal dry sensory mix. Lastly, there is a pretend camp set up to fit the mountain house vibes.

Backyard has a hot tub and a small bistro table for 2. There is also plenty of space for the kids to play outside in. On the side of the yard, there is a small hill for kids to sled down in the winter time. No need to travel to enjoy the snow!

Covered & screened in Porch has a dining table and 6 chairs, with a bar.

Deck has seating for 4 and bistro lights for enjoying the space after bedtime. The deck also has a propane grill for grilling.

The front yard has Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for adults. There is also a mini version for the kids to enjoy.
