Complete with AC, a washing machine and dryer, heating, and WiFi, this excellent retreat also features a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Enjoy your time in Indian River at our house.
We are half a mile from the North Central Trail System, Howe Marina, and downtown Indian River.
Located 30 minutes from Mackinaw City, Petoskey, Gaylord, Nubs Nob, and Boyne Highlands.

The Little Sturgeon River connects to the Indian River. From there you can get to both Burt Lake and Mullett Lake.

The home was cozy, clean and the little river out back was peaceful and the hot tub was very relaxing. Great communication and fast response from the host. Check in was easy and the home had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Completely updated inside. Beautifully done. Plenty of towels and kitchen items. The hot tub was wonderful! Very quiet area on the river. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Nice quiet area!

We stayed with a group of friends, and it was AMAZING!! Good quiet location, but close to boat launch and Bar/restaurants,and shops! The house was very clean and stocked with everything you would need for a weekend, or a weeks vacation! Highly recommend! Heather was very accommodating and responded quickly to messages!

Great little place in Indian River

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the setting, on the river . House was equipped with pretty much everything you would need. We enjoyed the Hot Tub. House was extremely clean . Heather was great at communicating with us. My kids & grand kids loved the Kayaks .

Father’s Day weekend getaway.

Where do I begin. We have stayed in numerous places. But this wonderful place was the cleanest house that we better ever rented. There are many special little touches like the coffee/tea bar. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked.I had a great weekend and so did our dogs. I would highly recommend renting this place in the future because I know I will again. Thank you.

We were very with our home. It was clean and had everything we needed. Would suggest that you add railings to both back and front entrance. I am older and had a problem going in and out. Needed assistance both ways.Thank you.

Excellent!

We were not sure what to expect when booking this home - we wanted to be close to Mackinac City but not stay there. We are so glad we booked this home - it had everything you need for a few days away but would likely forget to pack. We had our two dogs with us and were nervous because the home does not have a gated yard BUT our dogs were fine. The home is very comfortable, the yard is private and big enough for the dogs to roam - no neighbors on either side so lots of privacy. The location is great too - plenty of places to eat, pretty close to a beach, and a grocery store. We wish we would have spent at least one more night here - we will definitely be back!
