Great location and secure spot

We loved the unit - it was in a secured building with secured parking and the unit was lovely and modern and very clean. Valerie was a great host. The only recommendation we would have is to fitout the kitchen a bit more - very basic with cooking utensils / dishes etc. No kettle or toaster and there was a coffee machine but no filters or coffee provided and for a 3 night stay we weren't going to buy coffee. No salt and pepper or sugar for a.cup of tea. We would definitely stay again - thanks Valerie!

Cancelled on me 12 hours prior to our checkin time leaving us essentially stranded. In my opinion Valerie is a scammer who needed our money fronted in order to use it with no intention of hosting us. VRBO did nothing to help. Terrible app, terrible host, terrible experience. Do not rent from her.

We didn’t actually get to stay here. The day of when the host was supposed to send us the check in details, they never did. When we landed in LAX we tried calling and messaging and they didn’t respond. We called VRBO help and they couldn’t reach the host either so they refunded our money and booked us two nights in a hotel where the accommodations were not exactly as we were expecting and planning. Then we had to figure out accommodations for the last 2 days of our trip. The person we spoke with was great! But being left in a situation at the last minute like this was stressful and frustrating. Unless there were extreme circumstances, this host should not be allowed on the platform any longer and I would never recommend selecting one of their properties. We noticed a review after the fact that they canceled at the last minute on someone in the spring too. Unexceptable!!
