The property was amazing. Hollandale Beach is now my favorite place to stay in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area. The customer service, and the condo being on the 29th floor was the highlight of the trip. Great views of the ocean as well as.city and canal waterway. The owners were very communicative before I took the trip and the check-in and checkout process was very easy. The condo itself was very clean and the amenities were nice. But the balcony took the cake. Nice big balcony with a breeze, and like I said, before, the views were amazing.! I will make this my first choice whenever I am traveling to the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area.

Beautiful apartment - nice balcony. Comfortable bed. We had an issue with the toilet and building maintenance came up to fix it within 20 minutes. Beach access with chairs and umbrella was excellent. Staff in the building were helpful and nice. We valet parked the car and it was convenient and fairly quick to retrieve our car. Would come back!! Apartment is on the 29th floor- so keep that in mind if you want to hang out on the balcony or have small children.

This is a great location and great resort/apt. The place was impeccable, just as described and the view from 29th floor is amazing. You can see the beach and the city. Apt. is just perfect for a weekend getaway with everything you need either provided by host or in a walking distance. Rest and pool on 9th floor are really good to try and spend a day there. Beach is accessible and you get chair, towels and umbrella. This apt. has been saved as one of my favs, for sure I'll come back.

We had a lovely view of the water and the city of Hollywood! The rooms were clean and very nice! We enjoyed the beach and pool! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Overall review - very good. Breathtaking views, great location with many amenities in condo. Two pools, with restaurant and bar adjacent. Towel service provided at a cost. Walking distance to Walmart, 7-eleven across the street. Other shops, grocery store a 5-7 min drive away or 15-20 min walk. Excellent staff and customer service with condo staff - very friendly and helpful. Generally speaking condo clean but nice to see a deeper cleaning with carpets, rugs, floors, etc. Nice king side bed and large open space for kitchen/living room and bedroom with a long balcony.

Great views with a clean room. The condo was bigger than what we expected from viewing the pictures. Perfect size for two adults and two kids. The pool area is big and was never crowded. The host was quick to respond when I had questions. The only down side is the lines at the elevator got long during busy times of the day where you had to wait a while.

2909 is a fantastic condo. Clean well equipped with a large deck in and a great view. The only issue with my the resort is the people working there. Very unfriendly and if you ask a question they act like you are a inconvenience. Over all it a great place and enjoyed the vacation.

Very nice property. Great location with minimal traffic, easy to get in and out of. The view was outstanding, you get the beach and the city skyline. Valet service was pretty good, but just know that you have no other option than to pay for valet service. The listing doesn’t tell you that it’s a requirement, so that’s a little deceiving. Beach service was good as well. They won’t allow you to sit on the beach chairs until 9am. We were there at 8:30 but you can’t sit on the chairs until 9. I’m recovering from knee replacement so I had to sit somewhere after the walk down. They said I had to sit in the sand right beside the chair until 9 and then I could sit in the chair. I thought that was pretty dumb. Other than that, they were very friendly and efficient.

The condo was very nice and a great view. Kitchen had good supplies and location of the condo is great. Very busy resort type location. So lots of people checking in and around the facility at all times. Just so you are prepared for a lot of people around.

We had a good overall stay at this vacation rental. The unit looked exactly like it did in the listing photos, which we really appreciated, so no surprises there. The view was absolutely amazing and easily one of the highlights of our trip. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby.That said, we did run into a few issues with the building itself. The elevators were inconsistent and sometimes slow, and our interactions with the front desk staff and building management weren’t always the most pleasant or helpful.On a positive note, the host was fantastic. Communication was stellar from start to finish; quick, clear, and very accommodating whenever we had questions or needed assistance. That really helped balance out some of the building-related frustrations.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the unit itself, especially for the views and location, but just be aware of a few potential hiccups with the building amenities and staff.

The amenities were excellent, the only issue, was we were caught by surprise with the mandatory valet parking. Also,we were not made aware of the need to contact the host for extra towels, and other necessities. So we were fortunate to have packed extra towels and other things. To accommodate for the stay.

I have been to this apartment for the second time, beautiful view from the 29th floor, elegant, clean, comfortable bed in the bedroom and above all a beautiful, large balcony overlooking the ocean and the city is a great place for a morning breakfast or coffee I highly recommend this place I will definitely go back there
