I chose this area because of the relaxing feel of nature, with peaceful rice fields in front and stunning views of the ocean on one side and Mayon Volcano on the other. The calm breeze, natural beauty, and breathtaking scenery make it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the moment.

What makes my property unique is its blend of traditional and modern design. It follows the classic style of a payag, which gives it that warm, native feel that many people love, but with a slightly modern twist to add comfort and style. The structure still reflects the simplicity and charm of traditional Filipino huts, but with updated features that make the space more functional and inviting. This balance of old and new gives it a character that stands out from the rest—authentic, cozy, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing stay close to nature.
