This modern lakefront home, situated in a private, safe community, offers spectacular sunset views over the hills and the lake, making it the perfect retreat. With a spacious 2.3-acre yard and 400ft asphalt driveway, there’s plenty of room for parking and outdoor activities. The wrap-around, two-story deck includes built-in seating, perfect for enjoying the scenery. Multiple seating areas around the property provide ample privacy from neighbors.

The home’s design embraces an open floor plan, with glass walls facing the lake for breathtaking views. Inside, you’ll find high-end finishes throughout, including tile/wood floors, stainless steel appliances, and a luxurious gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook, including an air fryer, mixer, plates, and full kitchenware. The high-end smart fridge includes a water filtration system and ice maker. Enjoy two fireplaces and a cozy two-person bar seating area.

The living space features a projector screen with surround sound, perfect for movie nights. The smart thermostats and central cooling/heating ensure comfort year-round. Art pieces, a giant mirror, and a stunning chandelier add elegance throughout the home. With a 6-person dining room table, this home is perfect for gatherings or relaxing in style.

Guests have full access to the property, including the private entrance and 2.3 acres of secluded land for complete privacy. Enjoy direct access to the lake with a private dock for fishing, plus a mini boat slip for kayaks or john boats. Relax on the large deck or in the outdoor seating areas. Please note, guests do not have access to the unfinished garage area beneath the stairs, as it is used for personal storage while I’m overseas. Parking is private and ample, with plenty of room for work trucks, trailers, and outdoor equipment.

I’m here to ensure you have the best stay possible while respecting your privacy. With contactless check-in and check-out, you can arrive and depart at your convenience, and I’ll stay completely out of the way unless needed. If you’re flying in, the airport is nearby, and I can arrange pickup for you ahead of time if requested. My property manager and groundskeeper are available 24/7 to assist with anything and ensure the property is in perfect condition throughout your stay.
