✦ Bathroom: Refresh in a full two 4-piece bathroom stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
✦ Amenities: Stay in-shape with full access to our gym & hang out with friends in our outdoor lounge area.
✦ In-Suite Laundry: Laundry day made easy! Use the in-unit washer and dryer, with detergent provided for your convenience.
✦ Bedrooms: Both spacious bedrooms feature plush queen beds, ideal for a restful night`s sleep, and can accommodate up to four guests. The living room includes a cozy sofa bed, offering additional sleeping space for two guests (one adult comfortably).
✦ Private Balcony: Unwind on the balcony with captivating views of downtown and the Calgary Tower. A stylish patio dining set invites you to relax and take in the scenery.
✦ Linens & Towels: We provide freshly laundered linens and towels for every guest, including bath towels, hand towels, and dedicated makeup towels for added comfort.
✦ Family-Friendly Amenities: Crib, Pack ‘n Play, and high chair available. (Upon Request).
✦ Luggage Storage: Convenient luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures, making your stay smooth from start to finish. (Upon Request)
✦ Our guests have full access to all rooms and amenities within the condo.
✦ There are 2 ways to access the building: through the front entrance or the underground parking.

○ Whiskey Rose Saloon → 7 mins
On Stephen Avenue:
○ Modern Steak → 3 mins
○ Local Public Eatery → 5 mins
○ The Guild → 4 mins
○ Bank & Baron P.U.B → 4 mins
○ Social Beer Haus → 4 mins
Must return our unit fob, otherwise there is a $200 Charge. Pre-arrival verification and $1000 refundable security deposit is required.

1. We guarantee there are NO INDOOR recording devices in this unit
2. The common areas of the building are under 24-hour surveillance. There are multiple security cameras throughout the building.
3. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise levels.
