Great stay with Smart Move Crew

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great stay at Centre View apartment while doing my EDH course at PYT. The apartment was in a great position, very close to PYT and with Whole Foods across the way for easy shopping. Apartment was nice and clean and also quiet for studying.

My cats hair experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was the perfect location for school however I am allergic to cats and dogs and I could tell that a cat lived there previously. My blanket on the bed, the coaches the bathroom and the floor was full of cats hair I rest my bag pack on the couch it was covered with hair I put my clothes on the bed it was covered with hair when I walked in my socks on the floor it was full of hair after I cleaned up and went to take a shower the tug drain had cats hair. That was my gross disappointment. I choice smartmove because I have had very good experience but my last 2 apartments weren't honestly.

Hi Charles, we are sorry to hear about your last 2 stays being underwhelming. When we spoke, we offered to have our cleaning team come in for a mid-stay clean on us, you declined and said you would take care of it yourself as it was not too bad. We apologize, and hope you give us another chance in the future - maybe at a different location, on a different price point.
