We purchased this condo in September 2022. Upon entering the condo, I was certain that it was exactly what I was looking for. Even though the previous owners maintained it properly and meticulously, it hasn't been rented out in over 15 years until now. We recently updated the bathroom floor & commode purchased a new futon sofa all new mattresses, new linens & new bar stools. It brings me joy to share this incredible vacation property with all of our guests. My hope is that you will experience the same wonderful memories here as we have.

This condo is nestled at the northern end of the strand in Myrtle Beach on 25th Ave. Located centrally near many restaurants, shops, and most importantly, facing the beach. This condo offers a breathtaking view of the sunrise and ocean waves. In addition to being a safe neighborhood, it is also within a 15-minute walking distance of the boardwalk. You'll be sure to enjoy your stay while listening to the ocean waves.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a large picture window with a magnificent view of the northern end of the strand. Upon taking in the beach decor, you’ll discover that we offer all new mattresses, sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and comforters for you to enjoy during your stay. We provide one bag chair and an umbrella to enjoy while on the beach. Enjoy stunning views of the northern end of the strand while listening to the waves crash from the oceanfront balcony. The kitchen has been completely updated with beautiful marble backsplash and granite counters, off-white cabinets and new refrigerator with filtered water/ice maker. Should you decide to eat in, the kitchen is equipped with plenty of cookware, utensils and dishes for a snack or full meal. The bathroom is elegantly decorated with new tile and commode with granite counters that match the kitchen. The flooring has been completely updated, throughout along with a brand new Miele washer and dryer located in the utility room.
