Inside, the open-concept living space features warm wood tones, exposed beams, and a round stone arched fireplace that anchors the room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a rustic stone backsplash, hanging pot rack, island seating for four, and a solid oak dining table seating seven—perfect for shared meals and connection.
Guests will enjoy a barrel-style arcade unit with 60 classic games, providing fun for kids and adults alike.
The Shire offers three thoughtfully designed bedrooms:
A storybook queen bedroom with fireplace and stained-glass circular window
An enchanted queen bedroom with arched sleeping nook and twin trundle bed
A primary king suite with hand-carved bed, stone accent wall, fireplace, and private ensuite with walk-in shower and double stone sinks
Outside, relax on the covered porch, unwind in the private hot tub, enjoy the forest swing, or gather around the fire pit across a wooden bridge for s’mores and evening stories.

The neighborhood is quiet, tucked away in the Forgotten Forest of Kodak, Tennessee, and made up entirely of thoughtfully designed themed vacation rentals. It’s calm, scenic, and intentionally whimsical—perfect for slowing down and enjoying the moment.
What we love most is the walkable forest path that winds through the neighborhood. It’s not just a path—it’s an experience. As you walk beneath the trees, you’ll spot fairies hidden in the branches, wander through a forest maze, and come across unforgettable landmarks like a giant sword, stone formations inspired by Stonehenge, and a guardian dragon statue. Don't forget to make a wish at the wishing well. Every stroll feels a little different and a little magical.
