Beautiful and bright one-bedroom apartment in a modern building with top-notch amenities. The building features a co-working space, a swimming pool with an outdoor shower, a gym, a ping pong table, laundry facilities, and a relaxing patio.

Located in a prime area, it's just steps from the subway and dozens of bus lines, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including a well-stocked kitchen with essentials for your stay. It has individually operated AC and heating for year-round comfort.

The main bedroom includes a queen bed and the living area has spacious double sofa bed, while the bathroom features a tub and bidet.
