南バーモントの中心部、未舗装道路の端に位置するセネカルファームズは、壮大な環境にある魅力的な4ベッドルームの農家です。 1865年に建てられたこの伝統的な家は、アウトドアを愛する家族に最適です。 この家は、グリーンマウンテンフォレストに隣接する100エーカーの敷地にあり、なだらかな牧草地、サトウカエデの木立、川、息をlongむような広大な景色を眺めることができます。 ドック付きの半エーカーの湧水池で泳いだり、広大な敷地で静かな散歩を楽しんだり、牧草地でシカの放牧を見たり、プロパングリルのある大きなデッキでグループを主催したりできます。

A Picturesque Haven of Comfort and Beauty in Vermont!

The home was clean and comfortable. Check-in was flexible and easy. The setting is charming. Beautiful sunrises over the mountains and a lovely, secluded lake on the property. Lovely outpost for leaf-peeping, hiking, and family game nights in Vermont. We look forward to visiting again.

Amazing farm!

Absolutely gorgeous farm set in a bucolic location. The pond, woods, and mountains beyond are truly beautiful. The house was very clean and was comfortable for the 7 of us- large living area, plus large deck off it overlooking pond and mountains. Dining table with 8 chairs. Kitchen well stocked. Comfortable beds. Note that the upstairs shower/tub is under a pitched roof where adults can’t stand so we shared downstairs shower! Host was very responsive before and during stay.

Wonderful stay in idyllic location

This was the perfect location for our small wedding celebration. The house itself is cozy and comfortable, the view from the porch being a highlight. Would definitely recommend going for walks in the trails around the property. Venetia was a joy to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay

We rented this place for a girls weekend in mid October and it did not disappoint. The property had amazing views (beautiful foliage too) and was in a quiet area. We played lots of outside games on the large lawn, spent a lot of time on the large deck, and the house accommodated eight of us with no problem. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had two very clear nights and the moon and stars were truly amazing. We would stay here again. Great communication with the manager. She was helpful and responded quickly to all of my questions.

Beautiful property with spectacular views

If you're looking to escape city life for a few days, please consider this property. The house itself is older but has plenty of space and is immaculately clean. The view from the porch is phenomenal, especially at dawn and dusk. Communication with the property manager is seamless. If you have a dog or several, you'll be treating them to a haven. With plenty of rolling fields and a short trek to the pond, there is a little bit of everything for your furry companions. There are other properties within the vicinity of the house, but there is no noise disruption whatsoever. You may occasionally hear the faint shouts or laughter of children, but you'll otherwise be surrounded by solitude. For couples, families, or groups of friends, this is a great getaway. You will not be disappointed!

Comfortable house, breathtaking view

We had a lovely week in Stamford, enjoying the wonderful house and the incredible view from the deck. The pond is huge and deep and wonderful. There are tons of nice hikes nearby. This is a great place to stay if you want to be near Mass Moca, Williamstown, and Bennington.

Magnificent natural setting and peaceful quiet privacy

This property is exactly what we were after. Endless greenery, natural meadows, rolling mountain views. A fabulous place to shut out all the noise of a busy society. Only sounds are the birds singing and some gentle Summer breezes. It is a very old, rustic home, but it was actually just right. Clean, very comfortable beds. I would certainly rent again.

Beautiful mountain views

My family visited this property in early June. We were in the area for the Williams College commencement. This was the perfect home base for us. The rustic house is nestled at the end of a long dirt road, your own private hideaway. Yet we were only about 20 minutes from all the area attractions, including MassMOCA and the College. It worked perfectly for us. the sunrise views from the deck were breathtaking, and my children and I loved stargazing at night. My son said he'd never seen so many stars before! We had a wonderful time and would gladly return.

Our trip was amazing this house was a significant part of that experience. While we were here for a festival, coming back to this wonderful property was so great. The view is amazing and we were all super comfortable. And, the Maple Syrup is fantastic. Venetia was super easy to work with and the Senecal's have a great place. Thanks, we'll see you again!

Beautiful getaway

We chose this location for getting away from the noise and rush of daily life and it was perfect. Quiet, tranquil, and beautiful. We could have easily stayed much longer. The farmhouse had more than enough space for our small party of two and we appreciated the deck especially. Loved enjoying the view. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils and pans needed for us to prep meals at he farmhouse and bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels and soaps. The major grocery store was just about ten minutes away but you felt much further away from the town. We couldn't have asked for more, it was one of our favorite stays!

Cute, cozy & rustic. The setting and surrounding land are fabulous. Venetia, the manager, is helpful, knowledgeable about the area and very responsive. But, guests need to be aware that the shower in the upstairs bathroom- where the 3 secondary bedrooms are - is dangerous for anyone tall or mobility- challenged. Other than that, thanks for a wonderful stay!

Fall in Vermont

The Fall is an amazing time to visit Vermont and we were lucky enough to be here during peak foliage time. My hubby and I loved this home and it’s property! We were able to hike through woods and walk down country roads without even driving anywhere! The house had so much room and it was very dog friendly. Thumbs up!

Beautiful property

The property is unbelievable, especially in the fall. Tons of land and very secluded. The house is older and has older features. We are a tall family, so showers and beds were a little smaller than we are accustomed to, but we new going into it that it was an older home. If you are looking for that old farmhouse feel, this is perfect.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay! The location feels remote and has a gorgeous view, but is close to shops and things to do in North Adams and Williamstown. The house is charming and comfortable, we had three kids that were happy there.
