I love how calm and relaxing this area feels while still being just a few minutes from downtown, high-end shopping centers, and amazing dining spots.

is a completely new modern construction, designed with families or large groups in mind. It has 5 spacious bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and a stunning open living space. The two-car garage, beautiful backyard, and large modern kitchen make it a perfect place for longer stays or group gatherings. I also love that the first floor has an office space, a laundry room, and three bedrooms, making it super practical for larger families or groups traveling together.
