Important Notes:

- Pool heating is available for an additional $150 per stay. Please send your request in advance, as the pool is quite deep and can take up to 24 hours to fully heat.

Additionally, pool heating is NOT available from October through mid-May, as the cooler weather during these months makes heating less effective. During warmer seasons, however, the pool is typically comfortable without additional heating.

- Please remember and observe the county regulations that prohibit more than ten people (over the age of 3) sleeping overnight, and that limit the maximum number on the grounds at any one time to 16.

- In the spirit of sharing homes with one another through sites like Vrbo and other booking sites, it is crucial that we treat each other's homes as though they were our own. If we treat the homes, the local resources, and the neighbors with respect and consideration, this wonderful experiment of sharing will succeed. If we do not, then our regulatory agencies will work to make it impossible, our rights as homeowners will be limited, and our choices as guests will be minimal and costly.
