Kitchen: The unit includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and basic cookware, allowing you to prepare simple meals and snacks during your stay.

Sleeping Area: Enjoy a restful night on two plush queen beds, complemented by fresh linens and soft pillows. The additional full-size futon offers extra sleeping space, making the studio ideal for families or small groups.

Bathroom: The clean and modern bathroom features a shower, vanity sink, and fresh towels, ensuring a refreshing start and end to your day. Basic toiletries are provided for added convenience.

Getting Around:
Parking: Enjoy the convenience of on-site guest parking on the P4 level, making it easy to come and go as you explore Isla Verde. The area also offers simple access to car rentals, bike rentals, and walkable attractions, so you can choose the best way to get around during your stay.

24/7 Security: ESJ Towers provides round-the-clock security, with a guard stationed at the entrance for your peace of mind.

Important Notice: Power outages can occasionally happen across the island. While these are usually brief, we recommend keeping your devices charged and being prepared just in case.

- Standard Rate: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before arrival. After this period, the reservation is non-refundable.
