Welcome to our stunning 5 bedroom home in the heart of the Pocono mountains, where relaxation and adventure await! Perfect for large families, group of friends, or anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking natural surroundings.

Living area: Unwinding in the spacious living room featuring comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace- perfect for gathering with loved ones.

Kitchen: Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials you need for the home-cooked food.

Bedrooms: All beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with plush bedding and ample storage space. The master suite boasts a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom and flat screen TV.

Bathrooms: There modern bathrooms with all the essentials including fresh towels. toiletries and a hairdryer.

Pool & Hot tube: Dive into relaxation int eh private outdoor pool or soak your cares away in the hot tube, both offering stunning views of the surrounding nature.

Additional Features: A large dining area for family meals, a game room with board game, fuse table and air hockey table, and a spacious deck with outdoor seating, gas fire pit and BBQ grill.

- Reservation made within 48 hours of check in is subject to HOA fee of $75.00 per reservation.

-Our beautiful backyard pool will be open from Memorial Day weekend to 09/28/2025

- Pool maintenance person comes once a week to clean and maintain pool.

- Use of community pool and other community amenities will require purchase of wristbands by the guest at the community pool or at the office during office hours. Wristbands are $10/ guest for their entire stay. Kids 5 and under do not require purchase of wristbands.

- This house is located in a nice gated community close to nature in a very quiet neighborhood.

- We love to welcome guests with our fluffy friends but only Dogs and Cats. No exotic birds or animals/reptiles are allowed in the property. Guests will need to pay one time pet fees at the time of the reservation.

- Our beautiful community is very strict about the safety of their residents hence they do monitor the speed limit & stop sign regulations via security and on cameras. Please follow all traffic rules & regulations to avoid any citation later on in mail.
