This beautifully restored property offers a cozy living space, updated kitchen, and luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and clawfoot tub. Perfect for solo guests, or families. Can sleep up to 6 comfortably with our queen-sized murphy bed, and 2 single convertible beds. More guests can be accommodated upon request. Our studio offers amenities like WiFi, heating, a washing machine, and a dryer. Please note that this property is located on Railroad Avenue with trains passing throughout the day and night.
The Kinberger Building also has a quaint, New Orleans-style coffee shop & café at the bottom of the building alongside a stunning boutique venue space. With the historic Plaquemine locks also only a 5 minute walk away, your stay is sure to be pleasant and stress-free. We hope you enjoy your stay and come to see us again!
