Overall was a good experience with a couple of improvements could have been much better. The bed and all furniture is terribly uncomfortable. Host was accommodating and everything was very clean.

Very clean and comfortable condo. GREAT view!!! The only thing I would think the condo should have is a cutting board. The mattress seemed old, I could feel the springs, a topper would fix that. We are already planning our next visit. Thank you!!

This was close to our kids that we were visiting in market commons. Loved the washer and dryer. Very accommodating when we had a coffee pot issue. A new one was purchased immediately. We would come back

The host was very welcoming, starting with the email that laid everything we needed to know about when to check in and how, parking, and nearby attractions before arriving. Walking into the condo we were impressed with space. The furniture will need updating soon. The bed sinks in a bit when you sit on it and was not very comfortable. The shower pressure got lower the more you turned the water hotter. I did let the host know and they were going to send maintenance out but there was miscommunication with the location so we just said not to worry cause we would only be there one more night. But overall, we enjoyed the room and the angle of the balcony looking at the beach.

Parking is across the street, but you can pull right up to the building for loading and unloading. There were luggage carts available.

Host was attentive. Condo not in the best shape, though clean. Awful smell upon entering but eventuality acclimated. Cabinetry in need of repair. Rug at bedroom door very frayed. Front right burner of stove top doesn’t work.Nice balcony and view. Nice amenities.

The location of the property is great. It is close to some great attractions, like the boardwalk, Broadway and many restaurants. The view of the beach was awesome! The property is great, pools were warm and clean. I really enjoyed my stay at this property.

The Room looked nothing like the pictures. It had a very strong cleaning product odor. Ripped carpets. The building is old with stained carpets in the elevator.I left as soon as I got there and booked somewhere else.Requested a refund and never heard back.

The condo met expectations for the most part. Owner did a nice job communicating before, during and after our stay. The resort itself fell short of expectations. Water features and pool areas were not all functioning. The indoor hot tub was a bit gross if I am going to be honest.

This would've been a 4 star but three words make it Five Stars - Janet, Janet, Janet!! Great host, attentive, in touch, and always available! The pics make it look bigger, but it was just the right size! More kitchen utensils (and she offered to fix a burner on the stove that was out, but I was cool with it!). Someone else mentioned the darkness of the bedroom, and IT IS!! I woke up the first night, disoriented af, and walked into the wall where my personal bathroom door is - duh!! Location is fabulous, and save yourself questions, be sure to READ what Janet sends you, very informative! And yes, TBonz Gill and Grill were fantastic and very reasonable!The CONS?The resort itself needs a little update & someone needs to regulate the luggage carts. First day, we waited in line for someone to return the cart, then move his car- it took 30 minutes! And check out had residents taking the carts the night before and putting them in their condos. Douche move, not VRBO or Janet's fault. Another 'con' was one of the hot tubs/petri dishes wasn't working. A religious group (5 people) took the hot tub one evening for 2 hours. Strange (REALLY STRANGE) thing was they were all Fully Dressed.Oh, No shoes, that gave the leader a chance to pick at his feet!! Because this condo has a fabulous view of everything, we had the honor of seeing that! I'm writing this after a week of being home, thinking maybe the 'chill' would wear off. NOPE!! Wish I was there now, thanks Janet!.

Perfect beach getaway! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just steps from the sand. We loved waking up to the ocean view and enjoyed how close it was to restaurants and shops. Host was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach stay!

Property was as advertised. Janet, property manager, was always attentive to our needs and excellent communication througout the process. Stay and last day procedures.. The Ocean View was great and appreciated the layout with a separate BR/king-size bed.Please be aware of all things provided and not provided especially if travel by air.Also, pool area did not provide umbrellas unless you asked a maintenance person which we did not realize until our last 2 days being informed by a condo owner.We really enjoyed our daily walks on the beach

Definitely not for me! The master bedroom has no window or light coming in at all. The bed was very uncomfortable with the cheapest bedding available. The TV was basically a computer monitor. The sofabed was even more uncomfortable. We were given three towels and wash cloths which is very inadequate for a beach vacation. I received no response when I requested more. I tried my best to upgrade my room prior to arrival and the owner seemed to give me hopes for doing so but eventually said it wasn’t possible. I can’t deal with this lack of service and flexibility. It was very stressful for me.
