Our newly remodeled "Bison Hall 5" is a 1 bedroom duplex, located 1 block from the downtown court square and less than 1 mile from Harding campus. The centrally located duplex is easy to find and close to all that Searcy has to offer.

NO pets or smoking on the property, due to allergies of other guest. If the house smells like smoke, pet hair or there is excessive cleaning upon checkout, you will be charged a 100 dollar cleaning fee

Lovely Stay!

Amanda is a great host! Very accommodating when we had to change the dates of our stay. The location is excellent. Beautiful and homey decor! Loved it!

It was a great property. The house was spacious and clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed. We liked having a hot tub and that it was very private back there.Also very quiet for being able to sleep.We couldn't figure out how to turn on the kitchen ceiling fan, but we figured that was probably our inexperience.Very close to town and easy to find.

I stayed at Bison5 while visiting my dad who was in a nearby hospital. The location was perfect, just a mile or so to the hospital and within walking distance of downtown. There are several grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants close. The space was cozy and comfortable. I wasn't there long enough to enjoy it but the back porch looked inviting. The neighborhood was quite and felt safe. Amanda is a 5 star host as the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. I'm looking forward to my next visit to Searcy.

The location was fine, the room was mostly clean. Good price.My issues with the room:- None of the doors opened/closed easily. This property most likely has foundation issues, which causes doors to get out of alignment.- The bedroom mattress was awful. There is a terrible sag (valley) in the middle of the mattress, which makes it very uncomfortable especially with two people in the bed.- The shower curtain had pink mold along the bottom.#2 and #3 are easy to fix. Just replace them.

The bedroom air conditioning unit did not cool thank goodness it was only 80 out and the living room u it cooled enough. The microwave beeped sporadic and we unplugged it. There was food that had ran down the lower cabinets and knobs off upper cabinet doors. The refrigerator was very loud and the floors were very uneven. There was some black hairs left in shower/tub along with a smashed spider left on shower wall and spider web with a spider in the inside of tub. The bed was very warped and uncomfortable. But it was very convenient.
