Our homes are equipped with noise and smoke detectors. These devices **do not** record conversations — they only monitor for elevated noise levels and detect smoke to maintain a safe environment.
- Outdoor Security Cameras:
Exterior cameras are installed around the outside of the property for your safety and protection. These cameras are actively recording and are located outdoors only.
- Smoking Policy:
Smoking is **strictly prohibited** inside the property. If evidence of smoking is found, a **$500 fine** will be charged.
- Parties and Events:
We do **not allow parties** at any of our properties. Production shoots and photo shoots are permitted **with prior written approval** from the host. Please contact us ahead of time to discuss any production-related needs.
