Family Gathering

We had a wonderful stay and were very pleased with the location and nearby amenities. Being situated in the city made everything easily accessible. The host was proactive and hospitable. We will definitely rent this place again.

Great Location and Perfect for what we were looking for

This was exactly what we needed. Beds were nice, there were enough places for people to sleep. Showers were good. Plenty of space and easy to get in and out. Area felt safe and the TV was nice.

We had an awesome time. We loved the 3-story house.. I really don't have anything bad to say. Each floor was nice! Spacious rooms... I loved the kitchen... Showers hot... Patios on 2 floors was a mos definitely used...

Dragon Con 2024

The house needed a little cleaning and care but other than that it was great! It is as advertised and the owner was easy to work with. “I would recommend!” It’s 3 stories so there is a lot of stairs if u have young kids or older persons.

I would compare it to a 1-2 star rated hotel. We pulled into the driveway to see an old broke down car. The bathrooms were filthy. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from the previous renters. The AC was set on 80 which took until the next morning to cool off. The refrigerator was brand new and all of the shelves were still wrapped in plastic but the door had been damaged so you have to really pull to open it.

Great size and great location

The house was huge and plenty of room for the 7 of us. The best part was that I felt safe. It was a quiet, one way street and very little traffic. Plenty of space to park vehicles and I felt they were safe too. It was located in a very cute neighborhood with sidewalks so we could take an evening walk. We did have an air conditioning problem but the property manager handled everything professionally. The house could use a deep clean but I know good help is hard to find. I just hope he inspects what the cleaner does. I would fire this cleaner in a second. They left moldy coffee grinds in the coffee pots and the blinds and fans were caked with dust, just to name a few. But once the house gets cleaned up, I would highly recommend it.

Great place for gathering family & friends

This was a perfect place for our long weekend in Atlanta. We thoroughly enjoyed the large living area; it was perfect for our group to gather and watch football and play cards. The beds were all comfy with plenty of blankets and pillows. Great location, close to groceries and restaurants and downtown. Some of our group even walked to Mercedes Benz stadium!

The house is very roomy, clean, and pleasant to stay at, within very close distance, moderate walk or 5 minute drive, of some great restaurants. Awesome place to stay for a few days!

Unfortunately booking was canceled the day of.

Host was great and communicative. He ran into an AC issue and was upfront about when it would be fixed and offered options. I ended up not staying. I will be booking next time I am in town.

Conference

The location is in the middle of the city which made it convenient to get to our conferences downtown without having to fight the traditional Atlanta traffic especially on a weekend. The place was exceptionally clean, very spacious with three separate floors with balcony access, and plenty of room for parking.

Great House

This house worked well for our needs in Atlanta. We were thankful for the driveway because the house is on a narrow, one way street with several cars parked in front of the house. There was plenty of space for 6 adults. The house is older, but well kept up. There are 3 levels, so lots of stairs. The main “living area” is on the second floor - living room, kitchen, and dining room. Beds were mostly on the firm to very firm side. Linens and towels were good and plentiful. We oils stay here again.

Coolest Castle in the City

Great location for a weekend in the city! 5 beds plenty of sleeping space. Kitchen was amazing Master bath was World Class. Plenty of parking space. I would definitely recommend if in the city for a weekend or even a week.

Awesome Property

This was property is fabulous! The property owner is very nice and willing to accommodate and meet your needs. My friend and I were blessed to stay in this home while in the ATL downtown area. We were close to everything but still had a neighborhood feel. We really enjoyed ourselves. 5STARS!!!

Business Trip

House was very large. We stayed 6 nights. The house needs some attention. We did not eat there but noticed that had we been a larger party there would not have been adequate silverware. The bedrooms need dressers. I would stay again but my standards are low.

Older Downtown Home

This home is great for a large party wanting to be downtown. The owner was nice enough to let us check in 30 min early. The home needs a good deep clean, fresh coat of paint a few minor repairs to the bathrooms, and new beds. We also had trouble cooling the home. We were very hot during the day (80 degrees) and cold at night (66 degrees). I am a travel agent and I would not recommend my clients to stay but it’s a good place for persons wanting a 3 star home.
