Very dissappointed to receive such a low star rating from you. To respond in order. The pool is thouroghly cleaned twice a week. The property is sprayed every year to prevent cockroaches. The phone coverage is dependent on which supplier the customer uses. Most people use what's app which uses the WiFi for free calls. Wasp nest are usually tiny harbouring one or two wasp. They are common to all properties. We remove them when they appear. Why did you not contact the agents who would have come round to help sort out where possible any problems. To leave a 2 star review for items mainly out of our control is very poor.

Due to covid restrictions as owners we was not able to see the issues mentioned, However after a brief stay we have seen first hand the issues raised. The Tiles have now been lifted and replaced both inside and outside. A key has been cut for future guests to use the driveway. The wifi suppliers have been contacted and hopefully in the near future we will obtain an improved supply, at present we have purchased the best there is. The whirlpool bath circuit board is faulty and is difficult to replace, our agents are searching for a new board, in the meantime the whirlpool bath has been removed from the website. Thank you for letting us know of the problems.

Thank you for your comments, looking at them in order. We will contact our agents and ask them to only use quality linen, we have so much stored. Bin bags and washing up liquid and dish clothes will be supplied. A booklet is also a good idea, we will produce one for guests to see. I will ask our agents to ensure furniture is clean both upstairs and downstairs for future guests to use, also the cushions will be replaced. The pool cleaning is carried out twice a week and extra if required, we try not to have that affect the guests, its difficult with timing as many people sleep in late and do not want to be disturbed early morning, others with children use the pool after using the beach late afternoon.
