The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Good Location

The first floor was right by the pool and near the boardwalk to walk down to the beach. Its location makes it easy to walk to Island Rainbow for pizza and ice cream. The layout is great for 2 families to share easily with privacy when needed. The open kitchen and dining room make it nice to visit while cooking meals.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay! It’s a little older but clean, spacious and a kitchen stocked with all the needs to cook at the condo. We loved being on the ground level and being able to walk off the balcony to get to the pool and beach. We would book here again.

Excellent Area

Lovely area with all the necessary amenities. The beach is close and there is an area to wash your feet by the pool. Breakfast was good. Options were limited and they ran out pretty fast. You have to get down there early. Overall it was a great stay.

The condo location and floor plan was great, the cleanliness was good. We was given the wrong code to get in and only one parking pass. Their also needs to be a handyman in their for a day to fix some issues with it. (Sliding door, shower door, shower rod, utility room door). Minor things but they do need attention. I still have this unit a 4 as I said above location to pool and layout was great. I would stay here again just hope next time they have done the handyman work.

Quick beach trip

This unit was great. We had all we needed in the kitchen and the unit was clean and nice. The decor could use updating, it isn't at the level of other units in the complex. The unit was clean, but the porch could really use washing and is why I gave it 4 stars on the cleaning. We really love this location and love the layout of this unit and being on the 1st floor!

Disappointing Dauphin Island Condo Stay

Our recent Dauphin Island condo stay was deeply disappointing. High hopes for a relaxing getaway were shattered by a poorly maintained unit, far from advertised.Upon arrival, we lacked a room number, causing check-in delays. Immediately, the living room's patio door jammed wide open for our entire stay. A neighbor's maintenance person assisted, but couldn't fully close it and we were stuck with a gaping hole that exposed outdoors and let bugs in the entire stay. We learned owners knew of this pre-existing issue (suction cup handle had been added as temp fix that did not work, parts ordered) and rented it anyway. This safety hazard, forcing us into an, exposed living room, was unacceptable, with no refund offered.Further issues included a non-functional TV in the full-size bedroom, forcing us to move our son. The master bath shower door was also broken, remaining open during use, and the ceiling above the tub showed significant water damage. Persistent noise from the unit above disrupted our sleep daily.Communication with management provided no resolution for these numerous problems. We also received no check-out instructions, leaving us unsure how to lock the keypad.These issues made our vacation incredibly stressful. This very old unit, despite its convenient ground-floor access, should not be rented without major renovations. I love Dauphin Island, but avoid this property! It fails to meet basic rental standards.
