This phenomenal condo in Pompano Beach is a wonderful retreat for guests. With 1 queen bed in the cozy bedroom and 2 bathrooms featuring a bidet, this space offers comfort and convenience. The living room with a sofa bed provides an extra space to relax. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine/dryer facility during your stay. Experience what Lauderdale by the Sea and Pompano Beach have to offer with a stay at our condo. A walk to the beach access is within 5 minutes opening up to a quiet beautiful beach area. (Many rentals offered do not have close beach access and require driving to a parking area.) In addition, the condo offers 1 single space parking right in front of the door as well as plenty of guest parking.

The main reason is to have easy and close access to the beach. Also, the proximity of the restaurants, entertainment and local events is so close and enjoyable

This property, condo, has been upgraded with many features and is on the first floor. In addition, the reserved parking space for this condo is right out front of the door.
The quiet access to the beach is within a 5 minute walk so there's no need for a car.
The beach is very quiet with plenty of room to enjoy the water and Sun.
