Settle after a whirlwind!

The hotel we ended up in was very nice. But it took a few hours of back and forth to get to it! The place I originally reserved had an issue and we couldn't stay in it. I was told we were getting a hotel room instead. Then I didn't hear back for a while. Then told that we were good for one night but not another. Then we were going to be in a. two bedroom and then back to the hotel. Needless to say, it was a bit disconcerting to be told of all of this within the two/three hours of our check in. At the end it turned out well. And we were very happy where we were.

Never again! Horrible experience

Horrible from start to finish. I’m hoping I can add pictures of everything wrong with the apartment. Closet door leaning against the wall, bedroom outlet didn’t work, no wifi bc there was NO MODEM just a cable hanging from the ceiling attached to nothing. The contact, Bryan, ignored my calls and texts as much as he could. I was being thrown around before even checking in with weather or not the place was even going to be usable or if the toilet would be broken. I’m trying to get a refund from VRBO. When I tried to cancel the reservation and get a refund bc I found a hotel, he said I would not get a refund unless he resented the place. So I canceled the hotel and said we were stuck with each other. At 8:30pm he then said he had someone to rerent the place if I still wanted to leave. Are you serious?? I don’t have anywhere to go at 8:30pm! I cancelled the hotel and I had told him that. Horrible experience. Don’t ever rent from them!
