Located in Negril, this villa is a dream. Kick back and relax in this gated, calm, stylish space situated on the most western tip of the island of Jamaica, close to world renown beaches.

Situated in a gated community (Negril Estate) with 24/7 security, you are only 3 minutes away from the Seven Mile beach.

We provide a driver and vehicle for airport pickup and return, tours to Jamaica's most scenic spots and just about anyplace you need to go and see.

With 7 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 6 queen beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax and unwind. The property boasts delightful amenities like an iron, heating, washing machine, and AC. The 6 bathrooms ensure everyone has their own space to freshen up. We think our place will help you experience everything Negril has to offer.

“My family had a wonderful stay at this villa. The house is spacious, clean, and exactly as advertised, with more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and it was easy to get to the main attractions. Mr. Carlton was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.”

This is the best non-hotel stay I have experienced in over 50 years of travelling. The place was recently refurbished, great security (the gateman, Mr. Nelson) was professional and polite, and the cost for this six-bedroom, seven-bathroom facility was comparable to other two- and three-bedroom accommodations in the same area. We wish we were staying longer. Highly recommend this place for family or large friends get-togethers.
