We sincerely apologize for the unexpected heating issue during your stay. As soon as we were notified, we contacted our maintenance provider to address the situation as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, late-night service availability is limited in our area, but the issue was handled promptly the following morning. Guest comfort is very important to us, which is why a refund was issued for the affected night as a gesture of goodwill. Regarding the outdoor patio furniture, as noted in the listing description, due to seasonal weather conditions in Indiana, this area is only available during the warmer months (typically May through September) and is not set up during colder months. Regarding the cleaning charge, our property has a strict no-smoking policy, which is clearly stated in the listing and inside the home. After this stay, there was a noticeable smoke odor inside the property that required additional cleaning and odor treatment to prepare the home for the next guests. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable stay for all guests and to enforce our house rules consistently.
