The condo was clean and suitable to our needs. It was listed as having all amenitys in suite, however, there was no washer and dryer for use of guests. That would have been nice to plan for on an extended stay.

I would have loved a Keurig coffee machine vs drip. Everything was great and I would stay again.

We stayed with family and the condo was perfect for an extended weekend. We didn't use the studio-style kitchen except for heating up some leftovers and keeping drinks cold. But it was well-furnished with basics. As other reviewers have noted, the portable AC unit struggles a bit on hot days, especially cooling the back rooms. Note that there is no central AC. But Bend cools off quickly once the sun goes down and there were lots of windows for ventilation. One bedroom has a skylight and it gets bright with early sunrises, so bring an eye mask if that is an issue for you. It's a nice 5 minute walk down the river trail, which is one of the reasons we choose this place. Love this area and would stay here again.

Thank you for the thoughtful and detailed review! We’re so glad the condo was a great fit for your family’s extended weekend and that you enjoyed the convenient location and beautiful river trail nearby. It’s wonderful to hear you appreciated the furnishings and the easy access to outdoor spaces. We also appreciate your helpful feedback about the portable AC and the bright morning light in the bedroom. We understand that the cooling can be challenging on particularly hot days, and we’re glad the evening temperatures and windows helped keep things comfortable. Your notes are very helpful for setting clear expectations for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We’re delighted to hear you love the area and would stay with us again—we’d be happy to welcome you back!

My daughter left behind 3 library books in the bedside table. It has been near impossible to get someone on the line at the resort. We have tried 3 times but only get the third party answering service. We are wondering how we can get these books returned?

We’re so sorry this has been frustrating—we completely understand how stressful it can be to misplace something important. As soon as we saw your review, we reached out to help clarify that we're a separate management company from the resort, and that our direct contact info was included in all of your check-in materials. Once we learned about the missing books, we checked the unit right away and followed up by phone to let you know they weren’t found. We truly wish we had better news, and we’re happy to assist further if anything else comes up.

Exactly as advertised! Very clean and comfortable beds and furniture! Even being busy, the condo was very quiet! Happy to have all the cable channels for the World Cup! The pool was great and instructions were clear. The weather was unseasonably hot, and the living room air conditioning really didn't reach to the bedrooms. We bought and left fans, which helped! Close to everything in Bend!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad to hear the condo was exactly as advertised, very clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to everything in Bend. It’s also wonderful that you enjoyed the pool, clear instructions, and even the added bonus of the World Cup on cable. We appreciate your honest feedback about the airflow to the bedrooms during the unusually hot weather. That’s helpful for us to note, and we’re glad the fans you added helped improve comfort during your stay. Thank you again for staying with us—we’d love to welcome you back anytime!
