Estero is waiting for you at this new superb 3 bedroom +den house. The home includes king bed master, 2 queen bed guestrooms, and 1 sofa bed. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bath.
Outdoors you will find a heated pool with shallow platform for heated pool chairs / kids, and a jetted spa. First class outdoor kitchen with natural gas grill and refrigerator. Fully automatic whole house standby generator for piece of mind.
There are ceiling fans through out, and TVs in every bedroom plus the LR and Lanai. Newly installed planation shutters throughout, and a power shade over the slider in the MBR,
Wild Blue is renowned for it's amenities. 800 acres of fresh water lakes, fantastic chef inspired outdoor bar/restaurant, an impressive indoor dining room and bar for a more formal experience, a HUGE walk in pool, plus pickleball, tennis, fitness center, basketball, lap pool, marina, and more! This one level home is the perfect winter escape!
In season (Jan-April) we require a 80 day minimum.
