This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps up to 8 guests and is designed for comfort and convenience. Guest Access

You’ll have full access to the house and private yard. The driveway accommodates up to 6 vehicles, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe for evening strolls. Please note the property is not waterfront, but the lake is just a short drive away!

Other Things to Note

Smoking/Vaping: Please no smoking inside and dispose of your remnants properly.

Pets: Max 2 dogs only. No cats. Please contact us if you would like to bring a pet. An additional fee will apply to cover returning the home to a hypoallergenic state for the next guest. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, this includes yard waste. We ask that dogs never be left unattended at the property unless properly kenneled. Even the most gentle ones get anxious on vacation and chew doors or destroy blinds trying to find their owners.

Fire Ban Status: To protect our beautiful Hill Country the county may impose a burn ban when necessary. It is the guests responsibility to check the status before using outdoor fire pit. To do so, you can call the Comal County Fire Marshal and press option 1.

Parties and Events: We love a good time, but the platform has strict rules against disruptive parties. However, we understand that groups traveling together are often celebrating a special occasion like a wedding, birthday, or reunion. For this reason we simply ask you to respect the property and return it to us in the condition in which you received it. When decorating, please do not use tacks, nails, tape or other adhesives. Please no glitter or confetti. Be sure to remove any decorations and place furniture aback in its original position. Additional cleaning fees will apply if these requests are not followed.

Lake Levels: Canyon Lake’s water levels can fluctuate due to drought—check conditions if water activities are a priority.
