Shannon, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am truly sorry your stay did not feel as special and comfortable as you had hoped. To clarify for future guests:    •   New vs. Newly Listed: While the home itself is not brand new, the listing is new, and the property has been extensively remodeled with an addition completed in 2023.    •   Air Conditioning: We have a new air conditioning system. The back portion of the house has individual mini-splits in each room, and the front portion of the home has its own air conditioning system, along with multiple fans.    •   Bedrooms: Before your arrival, I sent a detailed message outlining the exact bed setup so that sleeping arrangements could be planned in advance. The rollaway bed does include linens, though I apologize if they were difficult to locate.    •   Refrigerator & Fans: After your departure, I personally re-checked the refrigerator and all fans, and they are in proper working order.    •   Toiletries: Each bathroom is stocked for 14 guests, and when you requested more, I delivered additional supplies the same day.    •   Lighting & Outlets: I understand the bathroom lighting did not meet your needs for wedding preparation. We keep extra vanity mirrors in the closet, and we have since added a vanity dresser to provide more space for bridal parties.    •   Maintenance Items: The towel hook you mentioned has already been repaired. We truly value all feedback and are continually making improvements to ensure that families and wedding parties have the best possible experience at Brown Park Ranch.
