Enjoy your stay in North Charleston in the heart of Park Circle at The Delsey. Built in 1928, The Delsey has been remodeled with modern touches while still preserving the charm. The home is central to everything in Charleston and is only a block away from the main strip in Park Circle. Downtown Charleston is only 20 minutes away. 10 minutes to the Coliseum and the airport. 30 to the beach.

- Recently renovated, sleeps 8 guests
- Full kitchen amenities: pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices, Keurig (coffee pods or grounds)
- New stainless steel appliances (LG range, dishwasher, provided dishwasher tabs)
- On-site washer & dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, iron, and ironing board
- Private, fenced-in backyard and deck, large front porch
- Firepit with starter log and firewood provided (no extra charge)
- Private gravel driveway for 4 cars, additional on-street parking located adjacent to the property on O’Hear Avenue.

Delsey was a clean stay, well-appointed with the basics. The neighborhood is safe, and the house is only about a block from the main commercial street of Park Circle (restaurants etc.)---it proved to be a good central location for meeting up with family north and south of the city. The adjacent streets were definitely quite active in the evenings. Temperature was always comfortable, despite the 40degree swings we had outside during our stay. Good-sized yard for the dogs (fence is complete but may not be 100% secure if you have a smaller dog or escape artist!). Host was communicative and understanding, would stay again!
