We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self-check in upon arrival.

Please remember you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

*We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: ALDI, CVS, Weis, Walmart, and ShopRite.
*Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for $100 per cleaning. This is not a full cleaning but includes a turnover of linen/towels and a light overall cleaning. For stays over 2 weeks, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 2 weeks with fees paid before check-in.
*Rates are for up to 6 guests. $20/guest/night additional fee if over 6, up to the max occupancy allowed.

After making the reservation, a rental agreement will be sent to you. Please review and e-sign the rental agreement and send us your government-issued photo ID to complete the booking.

**Late checkout without our approval will be subject to a penalty of $100**

You will need a vehicle to get around. We strongly recommend that you travel in a 4WD/AWD vehicle during the winter season as we are located in the mountains and some roads/driveways are sloped and can get very icy.

Guests are REQUIRED to register with Stillwater Estates.
$125 REGISTRATION FEE - Collected separately via Airbnb after the reservation is confirmed
OPTIONAL community amenities wristbands - $3 per person per wristband
(These fees are collected separately since they are not subject to sales taxes and Airbnb fees)
- Please make sure to indicate on the registration form how many wristbands will be purchased, the community doesn't allow last-minute requests for wristbands
- Usage of amenities without wristbands will result in a fine

• Playground
*This community does not have a pool.
IMPORTANT!
We cannot accommodate same-day check-in registrations. Renters checking in Tuesday through Thursday must be registered no later than 4 pm the day before their arrival. Renters checking in Friday through Monday must be registered no later than 4 pm Thursday (before their arrival).
Please note, these are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Stillwater Estates. Fines are charged to the owner but are the responsibility of the guests if the guest caused the infraction.
