Newly built beach house perfect for entertaining couples, small family gatherings or anyone wanting a relaxing 30A beach getaway. Large kitchen with double ovens, back patio with gas grill, fire pit and salt water dipping pool. Located in Seagrove, 1 mile east of Seaside, FL. Walk or bike to the beach, or many fabulous dining options and shopping boutiques 30A has to offer.

Newly built single family home can accommodate up to 10 guests. With 2 king ensuites (1 master suite) and 3 queen bedrooms, our home is perfect for two small families, a friends getaway, or anyone looking for comfort away from home while visiting 30A. The house sits at the end of a dead end street in the heart of Seagrove Beach, nestled amongst pines, boarders state forest land and it's a short 1/2 mile stroll to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Day beds adorn the outside porches. The house has a salt water dipping pool, gas fire pit and grill on the back patio. This is truly a great space that will not disappoint.

The entire home, lovingly referred to as 'Juanderlust', is exclusively yours during your stay.

I live a few house down and am available most anytime by phone/text and during daylight hours in person. I am outside a lot and walk the trail so it is likely we'll see each other at some point, but I will always give you your privacy and am happy to chat if you wish.

The neighborhood is centrally located on 30A in Old Seagrove Beach. Lots of pines and state forest surround us, yet we're a stones throw to the beautiful, emerald waters of 30A. There is a dedicated beach access (San Juan access) at the end of our street. It has parking for approximately 12 vehicles, bike rack and shower. One block east at Bramble Cove is a public access, with lots of parking, bathrooms, water fountain, showers, ramp and lifeguard station.
Within walking/biking distance (>2 miles) is Publix grocery, many dining options (Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, Brozini's Pizza, Prema organic cafe, and many more), the town of Seaside that offers tons of dining including well-known Great Southern and Bud & Alley's, plus Airstream Row, Monica market and Amanda coffee roaster. There is also year-round farmer's markets in Seaside and Watercolor. The Water color boat house, offering kayak and paddle boards on Western Lake (the largest dune lake on 30A). Clay plant nursery is a beautiful spot to walk and there are connections to the Easter Lake trail system, Watercolor trails, and the Timpoochhee trail that runs the entire length of 30A. You couldn't ask for a more convenient location the Seagrove.

Getting around 30A is a breeze on bike (6 are provided) and golf cart (available to rent). For other recreation, try one of the many rental places here for paddleboards, kayak/canoes, beach chairs setups, beach bon fires and electric bicycles.
