Welcome to Turtle Pond at Seagrove Beach. We’re excited to have your family stay with us. Our little neighborhood on Highway 30A is perfectly nestled right in between Seaside Pavilion to the west and Rosemary Beach village to the east.
Our Seagrove Beach home is a serene getaway just up the street from the beautiful beaches of the Florida Gulf. This tranquil 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is the perfect blend of rest & relaxation with the convenience of being a short walk away from sunny shores.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
FIRST FLOOR:
Small Guest Bedroom: Full Bed
Bunk Room: 2 Twin-over-Twin Bunk Beds (sleeps 4)
Guest Bathroom with walk-in shower
SECOND FLOOR:
Master Bedroom: King Bed, Ensuite Bathroom with shower
Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed
Guest Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds
Jack & Jill Bathroom with shower tub
As you step inside, you’re greeted with stunning views of the private pond and viewing pier. The home’s large windows and French doors fill the space with natural light and views of beautiful palm trees — creating a warm and inviting ambiance.
Unwind on the large back patio or take a leisurely stroll along the beach, conveniently accessed via a public beach path at the end of our street or one of the other multiple public accesses within walking distance.
Tucked away in a quiet, gated neighborhood, this spacious home offers a unique opportunity to experience the best of Seagrove Beach. You’re just a 10-minute bike ride from charming Seaside Village (the location of Jim Carrey’s The Truman Show movie), and here in Seagrove Beach you have shopping and dining as well as coffee and ice cream at Greenway Station. The trails of Point Washington State Forest are easily accessible from the back of our neighborhood. Award-winning Cafe Thirty-A is just at the end of our street along with a one-stop shopping convenience store. And for fishing enthusiasts, Bay Baits is near the entrance to our street.
