Welcome to Funshine at Boulder Ridge, a privately owned cabin managed by Bravo Cabin Rentals. This stunning two-story cabin is designed for large groups, comfortably sleeping up to 26 guests. Nestled among the towering pines, this spacious retreat boasts 6 king master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 2 bunk rooms with ensuite bathrooms making it ideal for family reunions, corporate retreats, or a fun-filled vacation with friends.

OUTDOOR: Funshine at Boulder Ridge is an absolute outdoor oasis! Cool off in the brand-new gunite pool or practice your short game on the private large putting green. Expansive deck with an outdoor kitchen equipped with a grill, Blackstone, and a mini-fridge allowing for convenient outdoor cooking and entertainment. In the kitchen, you will find a set of grill tools and a burger press for the grill master of the trip. For cooler evenings, a fireplace provides warmth and ambiance, while a large smart TV ensures that you won't miss any of your favorite shows or sports events. Finally, for those looking for some outdoor fun, the outdoor living area also features an extra large firepit with seating for ten (firewood provided), children's outdoor playset, cornhole, kid-friendly axe-throwing, and a giant connect-4, ensuring that there is a little something for everyone to enjoy.

POOL/HOT TUB: The 20-foot by 40-foot inground, gunite, seasonally heated pool is the jewel of the cabin. The pool depth is 5 feet in the deep end. At night the pool has a unique coating that makes it sparkle under the moonlight. The pool deck has 6 sun loungers, and 2 in water lounge chairs on the pool's tanning ledge. In the cooler months, a $250 fee per day is required to heat the pool. Please note that we require at least 48 hours notice prior to your arrival for this service. A large covered hot tub is the perfect way to unwind after a long day on the trails.

BEDROOMS: Downstairs has 6 cozy master bedroom suites offering the ultimate comfort and privacy. All bedrooms are furnished with a luxurious king-size bed and a smart big-screen TV. The ensuite bathrooms offer double vanity sinks and large walk-in showers. All linens, makeup wipes, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience.

BUNKROOM: Located on the 2nd floor, Funshine has two bunkrooms. Kids and kids at heart will love his and her bunkrooms. Each room has 6 twin-sized beds sleeping up to 12 people. Both bunkrooms have an ensuite bathroom and smart TV. The boy's bunk room bathroom has a removable shower head wand for our smallest travelers. Need more sleep space? The game room has a comfy leather queen pullout sofa with linens provided.

KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals for a crowd including double ovens. You will find the kitchen stocked with essentials such as a toaster, blender, Ninja coffee maker, crockpot, 8-piece cookware set, pans, and storage ware. Child-friendly plates and bowls are stocked. Every gadget and tool needed to create a chef's masterpiece can be found in this well-appointed kitchen including s'more sticks for roasting s'mores over the fire pit! Coffee and creamer are provided for our coffee lovers.

GAMEROOM: The Game Room (upstairs) boasts a full-size pool table, Golden Tee arcade for golf enthusiasts, full shuffleboard, and a two-player arcade table! The space is designed for all ages with stocked shelves of cards, board games, puzzles, and children's books. While the adults play pool the kids can spread out at the table for 6 and play a board game or build a puzzle. Additionally, there is a large smart TV, mini fridge, and a half bath located off the game room. From the game room, you can step out to the uncovered balcony and sit looking out over the pool, perfect for enjoying the night sky.
LIVING/DINING: There is plenty of space for everyone at the custom white oak dining table that seats 12 and an additional 6 at the bar. For the tiniest travelers, there is a highchair and a booster seat located in the back master bedroom large walk-in closet for added convenience. This spacious living room features large windows overlooking the pool and piney woods. There you will find a gas fireplace, smart TV, and comfortable seating for the entire group.

General Information - There are two full-size washers and dryers available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. High-speed internet is available. An EV charging outlet is available. Guests will need to provide their own charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty if you are in a rural area. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a 6% processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 26, with no exceptions.

Funshine at Boulder Ridge is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-karts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/creamer, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, laundry pods, and dryer sheets are provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
