3BR Family retreat – Unwind with a pool & easy local access

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment is located in Cabarete (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 3000 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

- Gated residence with 24/7 security
- Check-in with English-speaking staff
- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, toilet paper etc.)

- Other units are available in this residence, for larger groups (or if you have any particular preference in terms of floor number, beds size etc.)

A few house rules:
- This is a quiet family residence - if you need a guest-friendly place, we manage them as well.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only)

Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings (if you find a lower price, we will match it)! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
