We had an absolutely amazing time and this beautiful Chelan home. Spacious, clean, with everything you need. The biggest hit (no surprise) was the infinity pool. It was so much fun to lounge and swim with beautiful views of the lake in the background. The kids wore themselves out!! The dock access is also great - a bit of a hike down, but totally doable, and it was really wonderful to have both pool and lake access! We enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming, and paddle boarding. 10/10 highly recommend, especially for families (or any group, really!). We hope to be back!

**IF YOU HAVE 1500 PER NIGHT TO SPEND DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PROPERTY**This was a deeply negative experience on this high-end Lake Chelan vacation rental, where over 13,500 was spent (and lost) during a period of extreme wildfire activity well-beyond a typical fire season. As guests we expressed significant safety concerns due to nearby evacuations, hazardous air quality (AQI reaching 700), and dangerous weather conditions, but the host was dismissive in response, unresponsive for many days, and failed to offer any reasonable resolution or support. Our 7-night paid vacation was only 2-nights of which the first morning we woke up to lightning strikes overhead and the second morning to 2nd and 3rd alarm sirens nearby.Despite the host’s claims that the area was livable, the guests found the property conditions to be poor upon arrival: the hardscape was covered in ash and embers, the designated boat launch was closed due to fire damage, and severe wind gusts created additional hazards. Our group faced no less than nine active fires in the area, including the historic "Little Giant" fire, and noted they were nearly forced to evacuate. The host prioritized profit and exhibited terrible customer service, contrasting this behavior with the resilience and care shown by local residents. Ultimately, as guests we strongly warn potential travelers to avoid this rental property. He neglected his guests in a vulnerable time, wasted our time, took our money and disregarded human safety.

Hi Ashley, Thank you for sharing your perspective. The wildfire activity during your stay was part of an unprecedented regional emergency that affected the entire Lake Chelan valley. Throughout your reservation, the property was never under evacuation orders and remained fully accessible according to Chelan County Emergency Management. VRBO reviewed your request for a full cancellation and determined it did not meet their criteria for a refund. I also offered alternative check‑in dates to help accommodate the situation, but those options were declined. Although you chose to delay your arrival, you ultimately stayed at the property and remained through the full reservation period, including the scheduled check‑out time. I understand how stressful the regional conditions were, and I’m sorry they impacted your experience. While factors such as air quality, wind, and regional closures were outside anyone’s control, I remained responsive and relied on verified updates from local authorities throughout. I’m always open to discussing concerns directly and working toward a constructive resolution.

Great Place!

This house is absolutely stunning. Very spacious and open for our big group. The views of Lake Chelan are incredible and the area is so peaceful and quiet. Town is just a short drive away but there is no reason to leave when you have a house like this. Very clean house and the pool and hot tub were great! Ron was amazing with check-in, check-out and anything else we needed! I can not recommend this house enough.

Beautiful home, location, and epic relaxation

This house is superb! Our family had a fantastic time here. Very spacious, and accommodating for a large group. Having 3 fridges + a mini fridge outside was an awesome plus. Hotub and pool overlooking the lake was all we needed for the extended weekend. Best of both worlds to also have the dock access for boats or a floaty day. It was so quaint we didn’t feel the need to leave anywhere the entire time. Ben and his property manager were super responsive to all communication which was great. It was also a bonus to have 2 bedrooms that had their own bathrooms. Bathrooms had plenty towels, and essential toiletries, and there were plenty of pool towels too. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Awesome Family Reunion Stay

Our entire family, including our 4 kids, their spouses, and the grandkids thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Manson property. We were fortunate enough to experience some spectacular weather for an early May visit. Highlights of our stay included the following. * The outdoor space was every bit as amazing as the pictures in the listing conveyed. We enjoyed lots of pool/spa time, and the views were spectacular, allowing for well deserved relaxation and wonderful family picture backdrops. The space was very well equipped with chairs, a table, and loungers. * The kitchen was equipped with everything you'd ever need. * The mooring buoy for our boat was a very nice bonus. Lots of lake time was had by all. Although the walk back up the hill was a bit of a workout, it was certainly not a hindrance. * The outdoor 5 burner BBQ was awesome, and used on 3 of our 4 nights. * Ron's arrival run-through of the property was also excellent and thorough. Thanks! Although our stay was near perfect, we did have a few minor issues, including the lack of a door on the downstairs bedroom, that have since been passed on to the owner.

We had a fabulous family summer vacation at Villa Florence. The Infiniti pool was a great hit! We had a wonderful time at the lake and just enjoyed hanging out at the house. We did a lot of cooking and loved the kitchen.

Perfect place to relax and have fun

This place was amazing. The highlight is the pool and jacuzzi. Kids didn’t get out of the pool all day and they didn’t want to leave the house. Spacious place with clean sheets. We will definitely coming back next year.

One of the best vacations ever!

Ben was quite helpful and Ron did a great job communicating and explaining the property. Two sets of grandparents, two sons and 3 grandchildren. The house was perfect for us. Dinner in outside courtyard was lovely. Swimming pool was awesome!! It was so nice to have our boat on a lift! The weather and water couldn't have been better.

We love this house!

This was our third time renting this property. The house is beautiful and roomy enough for multi-generational families. The view up and down the lake is amazing from inside the house, the decks, and the pool area. The pathway to the lake is a bit of a hike but so worth it. Hope to be back.

Family vacation -3 generations

This home is absolutely stunning! Well appointed on the lake, lovely pool and hot tub. Great kitchen for making large meals for family. We rented a pontoon boat which was a blast. Easy cruising. The property manger was fantastic and responsive! It’s truly a treasure on beautiful Lake Chelan.

Relaxing time by the lake

It’s a beautiful property. Well kept and very clean. Weather was not great for us so we used the pool a few times and the hot tub a lot. It was a sister trip so we all enjoyed ourselves with lots of giggles and cooking in the well equipped kitchen.

Beautiful, fun & perfect for families!

We stayed at Villa Florenza for a week with some friends. It was more beautiful than expected- the pictures online don’t do it justice. The views are incredible, the infinity pool and hot tub were amazing, and the home was fully stocked and clean upon arrival. The only thing that took away from the cleanliness were the dead fruit flies in the ACV cups on every countertop in every room. It would be nice if they switched out the old cups for a fresh cup of ACV between guests. The bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The TVs could use an upgrade (especially in the master bedroom). There were plenty of towels stocked in the bathrooms, along with shampoo and soap. The private dock was a plus- but also quite a steep hike from the home. Overall, this property was the perfect place for us to kick back & relax, soak in the stunning views, and make fun memories with our friends. We will be back, Villa Florenza!

Best Vacation

This was our second summer here, and we had the best time. This is a great house for our three families with teens. The pool is so gorgeous as it looks out to the lake - we shared our time between here and the lake (with the dock and boat lift). Yes the walk back from the lake is a bit grueling but good exercise. :) The house is very well stocked with kitchenware and appliances, as well as bath towels and pool towels. It is clean and well-maintained. Owner is responsive with any issues. Thank you!
