Enjoy a peaceful stay at this gorgeous condo in Puerto Aventuras gated community on the Riviera Maya with three large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have two double beds, and the third has a king bed. You will be in a luxurious location with amenities like AC, WiFi, washer/dryer, pool, paddle boards and much more. Guests can relax and unwind effortlessly. The bathrooms come equipped with large showers for added convenience.
On the canal of lovely Puerto Aventuras Marina, you can walk out to the shared pool in front of the unit, walk to the marina, rent boats, use the 9 Hole golf course, play tennis, see the dolphins, restaurants, Beach Club and enjoy cycling/walking in the park or playing pickeball.
Rent a golf cart to access the ex pat community or swim with dolphins at the Dolphinarium.
Close to Playa Del Carmen (20 min drive), and Tulum (20 min drive). Easy access to Xcaret, Xplor, Xelha, and Xences Theme Parks, as well as the ferry to the island of Cozumel. Visit the archeological sites of Tulum (1/2 hour drive), Coba (1 hour drive) and Chichen-Iza (2 hours drive). Visit the colonial town of Valladolid (2 hours drive) or Cancun (1 hour drive).

The Caribbean ocean. I love to be able to snorkel and swim close to the reef. I love the secure neighbour hood, full of international people. It is so close to the archeological sites of the Mayan people. It’s close to the Cancun international airport, with direct flights to many of the cities in North America.
この宿泊施設の特徴
This condo is a very large, with a lot of light, and the breeze going through the rooms. Bring in the main floor gives access to the pool in front, and the waterfront channel. I love that is is very secure and a very friendly area. There are many choices for restaurants in walking distance, an outdoor gym, walking path, cycling path, with pickleball and a lovely beach club. It has everything!
