Located in Seattle, this quaint cottage was custom designed and built by the owner in 2021. This one of a kind home features 2 full beds in 2 bedrooms, perfect for a small group of guests. With a cozy shower-equipped bathroom comfy living room, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring the sights and scenes of Seattle. The property also offers amenities like WiFi, 50" smart TV (including Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple Tv and more) and a fitness room with infrared sauna to make your stay as relaxing as can be. This cozy, custom cottage is available July 1 - August 14, 2025 only so don't miss out on this unique home experience.

I built this cottage with my dad and uncle, and extordinary architecht and all around human being, in 2021 and 2022. It has been my home since Fall of 2022 and I'm thrilled to share it with you.

I like the neighborhood because it it quiet but very accessible. About a mile north you'll find the Light Rail that will take you down town or all the way to the airport. The house is located on a dead end street, which adds to the privacy and serene feel to the area.

I built it from scratch, adding cool features like an expansive 2nd floor balcony, relaxing patio and sauna, and all the comforts and amenities I could think of!
