This charming single-floor home accommodates up to 8 guests. The spacious primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed, while the third bedroom offers a full/twin/trundle combo, perfect for children or additional guests. For extra sleeping space, the couch pulls out into a full-sized bed, providing plenty of flexibility for your group.



The bright and welcoming living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the Indianapolis area. Whether you’re lounging with a movie on the TV, enjoying some friendly competition with board games, or just relaxing with your favorite playlist on the stereo system, you’ll feel right at home. For your convenience, the home includes modern amenities like a washer and dryer, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, including a coffee maker for your morning brew.



There are 4 tvs in the house. One in the living room and one in each bedroom. They are Roku TVs enabling streaming of any capacity!
