This beautiful 2 level home offers a peaceful retreat for guests, with 2 full kitchens, 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 1 bunk bed and washer and dryer to accommodate everyone comfortably. Enjoy lakefront access with beautiful views of the mountains surrounding Lake Chatuge with an indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit. With a dock and nearby marina, guests can choose to rent boats, jet skis or kayaks for fun on the lake. Our guests enjoy a 10% discount on rentals at YHWATERSPORTS.com with promo code CrescentCove. Enjoy plenty of local eateries and restaurants. Blue Ridge or Helen, GA are only 45 minutes away where lots of fun awaits in either direction. Get a light workout in, or play pool, ping pong or air hockey on our multi-function table at your leisure. Enjoy nearby Pickleball courts and when it's time to unwind enjoy 2 family rooms with large TVs and TVs in all bedrooms except in bedroom 5 (bunk beds). High-speed WiFi AC included. We stayed here for 5 days over July 4th and had an excellent stay. I have rented three homes on Chatuge. over the years and this one is a gem. The owner provides excellent communication, it has an excellent location on the lake with an outstanding view . The property is better in person than in the photos

This property was perfect for a family vacation. The lake and mountain view was fantastic. The house was beautifully decorated and very well equiped with extra little touches that made the stay much nicer(coffeebar, toiletries, wine bar). The floor plan was expansive and felt very roomy. The communication with Simone was great. She was very responsive and the check in process was simple and very informative. Our family has been staying in Hiawassee for several years and this house has been our favorite by far. We can't wait to come back!

Was such a wonderful stay. The house is even more stunning in person! Just a perfect location with all the amenities! We rented a boat and it was perfect to have a dock to store it overnight etc.

What a beautiful home and beautiful views. We had a great time enjoying the kitchen where we played games, watched movies and ate together. We enjoyed the area downstairs where we played pool, ping pong and air hockey while listening to music on the tv. The host was great and answered all of our questions quickly and even alerted us to potential bad weather in the area. A truly awesome place to stay and visit.

This is a wonderful property. First, the lake view is stunning. The house is perfect. Actually even better than the beautiful pictures. We have a large family and it gave us enough room plus some. The top deck in the evenings became our favorite place to hang and play games as the sunset. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with an amazing master. The shower has two shower heads and a rain shower in the middle; one of our favorite parts. The kitchen was fully stocked. Downstairs is almost like the top with a full kitchen and two bedrooms and one bath. The bunk beds are downstairs with a another bedroom with a queen. This worked perfect for us because our son and his family with kids had their own area. The driveway had plenty of space for parking. The walk to the dock is not too steep. The house is beautifully decorated, and well organized. Another great feature is the house has two washers and dryers. Simone was very helpful and quick to respond. We would absolutely stay again. You will not be disappointed. This house will exceed your expectations!

Our family had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The home is cozy and comfortable. Quiet location. We saw deer and geese while here. The weather was wonderful and we took a boat ride! Looking forward to being able to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing and the views were absolutely stunning. The property was perfect and very clean. Lovely lake week- look no further!

We loved our stay! The house is cozy, chic with incredible views and location. The house is thoughtfully stocked and easy to take care of as a result. Simone was responsive and booking was easy. This is a great location in one of our favorite lake spots! Hope to book here again!!

Amazing Clean Lake Home

Our stay was wonderful, we wish we could have stayed longer. Communication with Simone was great, everything was in order upon arrival, & having the dock was a wonderful source of joy for our family to swim, catch fish & visit! It’s such a pristine, lovely home!

Lakehouse is spacious and beautifully decorated with many safety details that were appreciated because of the small children in our group. The location is excellent and the new dock was enjoyed by the adults. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions or concerns and was very friendly. Definitely recommend this rental property for anyone looking to stay on Lake Chatuge in Hiawassee.

Summer Kick off

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house on Chatuge. The home was stunning inside and out—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty to do for our group of 7 girls, 2 parents, and 2 sets of grandparents. Whether relaxing on the porch, enjoying the lake, or spending time together in the cozy living spaces, there was something for everyone. The property owners were wonderful—very attentive and checked in to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay

Every thing was perfect. The house was the best me and my family ever vacationed at. We all had a great time and everything about the house was as advertised, beautiful all the way thru. The Host, Simone was Great. She made sure we all had a perfect stay and had everything we need at the house. Even though I didn't have to get in touch with her with any problems, its always good knowing we could get in touch with here 24/7 if needed. Me and my family will definitely come back on our next Vacation.

We had a fantastic stay! The property manager reached out ahead of time and was very responsive — quick to answer any questions I had. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and exactly as pictured. We had seven adults and four kids under three, and everyone was comfortable with plenty of room to spread out.The view was absolutely stunning — one of the first things you notice when you walk in. The living area was large enough for all of us to relax and enjoy a full day of college football together. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout the house with no dead spots, which was a nice bonus.All in all, a great property and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We have been regulars in Hiawassee for over 20 years and love the small town feel and wonderful hospitality. So many things to do and places to explore and so easy to fall in love with. The lake is the icing on the cake with a wide range of water sports and activities and most importantly plenty of local eateries. We hope you love it as much as we do.
