Great Stay!

Wonderful property in a fantastic location! One of the reviews says the kitchen wasn’t well equipped, but we did NOT find that to be the case. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a lovely time at 605 Monroe Blvd. The house was very comfortable for our family of 15. The location was great, so close to the beach, playground and town. We especially enjoyed the gas fire pit area.

Short but sweet stay

My siblings, their children, and my family all stayed in this beautiful home. Perfect location and amazing views of the lake. The house was great with kids; lots of room to spread out, the basement had various games, and it is right by the park and across from the lake.

Love Lake Michigan!

This home was perfect for our large group! The kids loved the lower level and the nearby plays ape! The adults enjoyed sunsets and cocktails on the porch. We hope to return next year!

Great Location, Lots of Space!

This house was great for our extended family getaway. The location is ideal, so close to the beach and a short walk downtown. With a game room and a living room for gathering, our large group could choose an exciting location or a more relaxed place to sit and talk. The kitchen was well equipped, and we had plenty of comfortable bedrooms for everyone.

Off Season Stay

We had a mini-family reunion in this home for a weekend in March. The house is absolutely beautiful. All rooms are wonderful, but the best of the best is the family room/kitchen area with so many windows, that it felt as if we were right on the beach. Simply a breathtaking view.

Wonderful lake view

Very nice place in a beautiful setting with a wonderful lake view - comfortable and clean with all the amenities we were looking for in a long golf weekend. Short walk to Clementines (0.8 mi) and downtown attractions. Comfortably slept 8 of us, with room for a few more. Would definitely rent this house again!

South Haven

We had an amazing vacation at this house. We loved being walkable & bikeable to town. The kids loved walking to the park and beach. The house had everything we needed, plenty of beds, a Keurig and a coffee pot, a pack n' play, plenty of towels, but could have used a few more washcloths. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home.

The house was wonderful- the location couldn’t be more perfect. We had some issues with flooding in the basement and no air conditioning but the property Managment was quick to respond. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful home great location!

Had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home. The home was stocked perfectly! Baby gates, pack and play, baby seats! The kitchen had everything. The only thing is I wish they had beach chairs and umbrellas. We had to bring those. The location to town and the beach was great! Sunsets from the front porch outstanding.

Magical vacation

We stayed here with our families (grandparents and little kids) to celebrate a birthday, the house was even better than shown in pictures. Beautiful, spacious and clean. The views of Lake Michigan from the front upstairs two bedrooms was incredible. Short walk to the beach and playground. The fire pit outside was so nice and the views from the front porch and family room was stunning. We loved our stay here! If there was a cancellation policy we’d already have booked to come back next year.

we loved staying here. the view is incredible and the home is gorgeous/spacious! perfect proximity to beach access. only negative is the 4th bedroom upstairs is not a true bedroom. it’s perfect for toddlers or small children but doesn’t really work for adults since it’s connected to the master. we loved this home though!!!!

Beautiful House, Beautiful surroundings, wonderful time!

We’re a family of 7 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant. We had plenty of room for private space as well as family space! The house was phenomenal! Beautifully decorated, fully stocked with all the necessities. The cleaning staff should be commended!! The house was spotless! The view of Lake Michigan was both beautiful and relaxing. Both kids and adults loved the corner park and the walks along the beach! Beachwalk Properties was also very good! They were quick to respond, very pleasant to work with and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing this slice of paradise!

review of 605 Monroe st south haven

No chairs in the bedrooms. No grab bars in shower which were slick because of the soft water. TV offering marginal. We had to pay for a subscription to watch ESPN as well as local channels. Igniter on grill didn't work. Owner requested not to wear shoes in house. That is dangerous as steps are all hardwood to walk in socks. Also burden on people with planters fasciitis

great Labor Day weekend Family House

Great location . Home is very comfortable for our 7 adults and one infant. Beds were comfortable. House was very clean. We loved the porch and outdoor fire pit and lounge chairs. The Super High hedges made for great privacy on what can be a busy road in front. But those same hedges also made it precarious to drive out of the driveway. Just a few cons: the reason for 4 stars and not 5. No hair dryer. lack of cocktail glasses. We had to buy our own. No hot pads for cooking. Had to use dish towels for that. Lack of serving platters in general. Lots of knives, but they were all dull. So in my opinion the kitchen accessories such that I called out could use some attention. We did a lot of cooking in home, due to having an infant. All in all a great weekend Would stay here again if the kitchen issues are addressed. Too much money for everything not to be top notch.
